Corrections, sources, suggestions, and questions
Found an error or a dead source link? Know a faceless channel that meets the Standard? Write in. Corrections are always welcome.
Email hello@nofacetube.com.
Say what the message is about in the subject line, and include links to any page or channel you mention. Clean Take refunds go to the same address: write within 14 days of buying and include the email you paid with.
Write to usCorrections and source problems
Put “Correction or source issue” in the subject line. Include the page, the sentence that is wrong, and a source that shows what is right. Dead links and sources that do not support a claim count too. Corrections are read first.
Channel suggestions
Put “Channel suggestion for the Index” in the subject line. Include the channel link, its niche, and which criteria in the Standard it demonstrates. If it is your own channel, say so. We watch every suggestion before adding anything. Not every one makes the Index, and placement is not for sale.
Privacy and data requests
Put “Privacy or data request” in the subject line. Write from the email address concerned. The privacy policy explains what we store.
Partnerships
Put “Partnership or sponsorship” in the subject line. We do not sell coverage, rankings, or places in the Channel Index, and any future affiliate or sponsored link will be labeled as described on the disclosure page. Proposals that fit those rules are welcome.
We read every message. Not every message gets a reply, but when one is needed, it comes by email.
