These terms cover your use of NoFaceTube (“we”, “us”), an independent editorial site about making high-quality faceless content. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Information, not advice
Everything on the site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Platform policies change often. We cite sources and date our policy coverage, but always check the platform’s current rules before acting on anything you read here.
2. No guarantees
We make no promise that following our guides, rubrics, or tools will produce views, subscribers, income, monetization approval, or program eligibility on any platform. A score under the Standard is an editorial judgment, not a prediction of how any platform will treat your work.
3. Platform rules are yours to follow
You are responsible for following the rules of every platform you publish on, including their rules on AI disclosure, copyright, likeness, and consent. Nothing on this site is advice to hide AI use, avoid labels, or get around a platform’s review.
4. Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, rubrics, datasets, and media on this site belong to NoFaceTube. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Do not republish whole pages or copy the site in bulk without written permission.
5. Links, tools, and affiliates
We link to third-party sites and tools we do not control and are not responsible for. The site has no affiliate links today; if that changes, they will be labeled as described in the Affiliate & AI disclosure.
6. The Channel Index
Channel names, links, and the work they point to belong to their owners. A listing in the Channel Index is our editorial opinion of the craft on display. It does not mean the channel endorses NoFaceTube, or that we endorse everything the channel publishes.
7. Clean Take, free tools, email, and contact
Clean Take is a paid Windows app, sold for a one-time price on this site. Whop processes the payment, and Whop’s terms also apply to the payment. People who join our email list get a one-time code that lowers the price; each code works for one purchase, cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may stop offering new codes at any time. There is no subscription. You get the version you bought, and you download it from NoFaceTube after the payment clears. Each purchase includes up to 10 downloads; email us if you need more.
Your purchase is a personal license to install and use Clean Take on computers you own or control, for personal or commercial work, including videos you are paid to make. Do not resell, share, or publicly post the program or its download link, and do not remove its notices. The speech engine and other components inside it remain under their own open source licenses.
If Clean Take does not work for you, email hello@nofacetube.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason. Your rights under local consumer law are not affected.
When we offer a free desktop tool, we deliver it by email, and asking for one means we may also email you about updates to the tools, new tools, and paid tools. Every such email has an unsubscribe link. The same goes for the email list on the Clean Take buy page. Only submit an email address that belongs to you. Do not use the forms to send spam, to sign up other people, or to submit unlawful content.
Apart from the refund promise above, Clean Take and the free tools are provided “as is”, like the rest of the site (see section 9). Where a tool comes with its own license terms, those terms apply to that tool.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security or rate limits, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
